Caring for a loved one is a journey that’s much easier when you don’t have to walk it alone. Our Caregiver’s Group meets every Friday morning at 10 a. m. at the Moultonborough Library, offering a relaxed and welcoming space for anyone in a caregiving role.

Children's Area

Stories, songs and movement.   All are welcome; however, the stories are picture books and the program is geared for ages 3+.

Castle in the Clouds

The Moultonborough Public Library is partnering with the Castle in the Clouds to bring this special program to families. Story time will occur at the Picnic Pavilion at Shannon Pond.   Parking is available in the Hikers Parking lot across from the Cafe or in our main visitor lot.

Story Bridge Lesson:Brick made figuresChallenge:Kids will build a bridge across two books. The books will be placed 6 inches apart. The bridge needs a story and a brick made character.

Then come join us as we take a closer look at how to actually create and interpret readings. The class will include a quick review of Tarot 101 information before delving into spreads, readings, and caring for your deck.

Have too many photos on your iPhone? Join this hands-on workshop to pick up some strategies for cleaning up your photo library.  Please be sure to have your Apple ID handy in case your device requests it.

Do you like reading mysteries, thrillers, and suspense novels? Join us each month to discuss the title of the month. Please click here for a list of the 2026 titles for discussion. The July selection is Case Histories, by Kate Atkinson. Print copies of the book will be available for borrowing from the library a month before the book club meets to discuss it.

Join the Friends of the Library for a literature discussion facilitated by Suzanne Brown on the novel, Lady Chatterley's Lover, by D. H. Lawrence. Print copies of the book will be available at the library to borrow 1 month prior to the discussion.

Read-A-Thon for Grades 4-6. A Library after-dark event! An evening of pizza, silent reading and book talk! Please have your child bring a book to read that will keep their interest for for two 40 minute reading sessions. Kids should wear comfortable clothing and they can bring a blanket/pillow/stuffy.
