Travel back in time to the age of dinosaurs in our Prehistoric Art Adventures program! Young paleontologists and artists will explore the world of giant dinosaurs through colorful, hands-on crafts and creative play. Children will design vibrant watercolor dinosaur masterpieces inspired by prehistoric creatures and create fun dinosaur clothespin puppets that can chomp, clip, and play! This dino-mite program encourages creativity, fine motor skills, and imagination while bringing the prehistoric world to life through art and movement. Get ready for a roaring good time filled with color, creativity, and Jurassic-sized fun!

Students will learn the essentials of operating a sewing machine, from threading the needle to mastering straight stitches. By the end of the session, every student will put their new skills to the test and complete a simple, handmade project to take home. No prior experience is necessary. Art on the Lawn is a new program for adults who want to get crafty but also enjoy the lovely weather. Don't worry, we can always move inside if it's rainy or too hot. Join us this month in painting terra cotta pots for a seedling. All materials provided, just bring yourself and a blanket or towel to sit on! Registration is required for this program. Plan A Health is bringing their Mobile FREE Health Clinic to the LaGrange Memorial Library. This clinic will be located in the library's parking lot from 10 AM - 2 PM on Saturday, July 11, 2026. Plan A Health will be providing blood pressure screenings, blood sugar screenings, family planning*, HIV/STI testing, PrEP & PEP, HPV and flu vaccines, pap smears, health education, and mammogram referrals. *in-person & via telehealth Additional services available upon request. This event is open to middle and high school students, and registration is required to participate in this program. No experience necessary.
