Get ready to glow from the seat up! This "gently electric" yoga session is specifically designed for individuals with mobility difficulties, but remains open to anyone looking for a low-impact, high-energy flow. Ditch the traditional quiet studio for an upbeat atmosphere featuring curated house music, vibrant lighting, and rhythmic movement—all performed entirely from a chair. With minimal modifications and a focus on accessibility, this class is about feeling the beat and building confidence in an inclusive, empowered space. Come for the music, stay for the movement, and leave feeling recharged. Registration is recommended but not required.
