On Wednesdays from 2-3:30 this summer, school-age kids, tweens, and families can come and explore a variety of topics. At this event, join artist Megan Tribble to learn a child friendly yarn craft to create simple toys. Registration of the child participant is recommended. Sponsored by the Friends of the North Mason Timberland Library. Full Curiosity Club Schedule July 8 - Finger Puppets with artist Megan Tribble Use clay sculpture techniques with air dry clay to create finger puppets. Registration recommended. July 15 - Finger Knitting with artist Megan Tribble Learn a child friendly yarn craft to create simple toys. Registration recommended. July 22 – Intro to stitching with artist Megan Tribble Create a simple pouch while learning basic stitching techniques. Registration recommended. July 29 – Landscape Painting with artist Megan Tribble Paint a landscape while learning about creating space and depth in your paintings by using foreground, middle ground and background. Registration recommended. August 5 - Come explore, create and learn something new August 12 - Cowboy Buck’s Wild & Wacky Family Show Perennial favorite Cowboy Buck entertains with an upbeat, highly interactive show of music and comedy, including dancing, sing-alongs, and silly songs. Get ready to clap your hands and stomp your feet and have a cow-razy time!

Tweens ages 8-12 are invited to join our graphic novel book club! Sign up at the desk at the start of the month. The first six registrants will receive a free copy thanks to support by the Friends of the North Mason Timberland Library.
