Easy Does It Yoga

Boulder City Library, Community Room

Relax and unwind with Easy Does It Yoga. Please wear comfortable clothing. Use our mats, blocks, and straps, or bring your own! 18+. Easy Does It Yoga is a beginner-friendly yoga class designed to meet all students where they are. We use blocks and straps and sometimes chairs to support our bodies in gentle yoga poses. This class is usually on the mat, but may occasionally be a chair-based practice. Most classes focus on breathing, stretching, and relaxing. Occasionally we add in a standing, balance-focused practice. Overall, the intent is to have a gentle, supportive, and well-rounded yoga practice together. Yoga instructor Joan Robinson has trained in classical hatha yoga at Mount Madonna Institute in Santa Cruz, California, and has additional training in functional and yin yoga practices. Doors open 10 minutes before class. Please come early if you are new to yoga, new to this class, and/or need special accommodations.
