Please note: Yoga for Littles will be held outdoors on the library's South Lawn (under the big trees by Court St.) when weather permits. We will meet in the Hubbard Room if it's too wet or cold for the lawn. Get those brains calm and those bodies moving! We focus on mindfulness and movement in this yoga session for kids and caregivers. We will begin the session with a mindfulness-themed picture book. Next, our certified yoga instructor, Rikki Alrutz, leads children in a story-based yoga adventure. Yoga mats will be provided, or bring your own. Caregivers are encouraged to participate.
