To mark America’s 250th Anniversary, illustrator, author and Advanced Cicerone Em Sauter will give an illustrated presentation and tasting discussing the role of beer and brewing in American history. Starting from the Pilgrims landing on Plymouth Rock (because they were out of beer!) to the modern craft brewery movement and the beers we love today, beer has been woven through the fabric of American history.
