For this month's activity, children will create their own Poké-ball catapults. These will be constructed from simple household materials, including rubber bands and popsicle sticks. Rock your summer with rock painting for the whole family! The library will provide all materials while supplies last.

This week’s feature film is <i>An American Tail</i>. While coming to the United States, a young mouse gets separated from his family and must try to find them while trying to survive in a new country. Crafts will be provided.

Design and build your own marble maze! We'll supply paper plates, straws, and other everyday materials for this hands-on construction program, which is perfect for school-aged children.

Come to the library for a movie night celebrating our Summer Reading Challenge Theme of Unearth a Story. Will our movie have a whip-wielding archeologist? An escaped pack of prehistoric reptiles? Join us as we make tissue paper flowers! These paper flowers can be formed into bouquets or linked together to create flower chains and wreaths. For ages 18 and over.

Join us for some pawsitive reading time with a trained therapy dog. If you have a struggling reader, this is a great opportunity to build their confidence. Each child will be given a 5-15 minute one-on-one session where they can read a picture book to a furry friend.
