All supplies provided, but feel free to bring your own glass or plastic container if you have one! This is a Teen Summer Reading Program. This program is designed for teens age 13-18. Space is limited, register to reserve your spot!

Create a dinosaur skeleton with pasta! Kids will use their fine motor skills selecting and gluing pasta to a dinosaur skeleton. This program is for kids ages 2-5 years. Supplies are limited, please register. Caregivers do not need to register.

Have you ever wondered how old a tree is? Did you know trees hold clues about past climate conditions and environmental change? Join us for an engaging program exploring the study of tree rings. Mitch Micheud, local forest biologist, will guide us through the fascinating secrets hidden within trees and explain what they can teach us about our environment, both past and present. What is your favorite rock? How did it get made? Do you like chocolate? Geologist Diane has the answers! Bring your favorite rock to show off and learn the story of how it came to be. Then get ready to feel the pressure as we make our own rocks from white and dark chocolate! This program is designed for kids ages 5 and up. Please register; supplies are limited!

Special presenter Ree’Lynn, Curator of the Museum on the Peninsula is here to answer all your questions and help you dig for something special. This is a SPECIAL Summer Reading Event! Dino Campers must be 8 or older, and any child under 10 must have a responsible caregiver with them. Separate Space is limited, so registration is required!
