Adult Dungeons and Dragons - Saturday Morning Adventures

Source

Medium Conference Room - Maker Space, Selbyville Public Library

Registration will open exactly one week from the time of the event. Individuals who are on the wait list the previous week will have a chance to sign up first. Selbyville Library and Mr. Paul is looking to start a D&D group for adults. These will be three hour, one-shot sessions. They would be new player friendly games that allows players to play a different character each session or bring an already played character that they can advance. This program will only occur if there is interest, so please register or tell Paul that you are interested. This will be a West Marches style type of game. What this means is: 1. There is no set party. Different players can drop in and out of the game and all players start at level 3. 2. There is a strong focus on player decision and exploration in a very unexplored area. Players will fill in a map and discover long lost places. 3. The world is dangerous and players will quickly learn what areas are level appropriate for them. 4. Each session will feel like a one-shot. Lore details: The hidden continent of Anera has been behind a raging storm that no ship has survived for the last thousand years. Two years ago, the storm has stopped unexpectedly. The kingdoms of Eowend and adventurers are now risking their lives to explore Anera, discover its secrets, and gain untold riches. However, the question must be asked, why has the storm stopped, and why was the storm there in the first place? Game Details: 2024 rules, homebrew classes allowed, but not overpowered ones. Prior 2024 subclasses and species are allowed, but please use 2024 backgrounds for stat additions and not your species. Role playing is desired, but not necessary. Roll or standard array for stats.
