Regina Moseley from NC Cooperative Extension will lead a class to improve strength and mobility. LIFT stands for lifelong improvements through fitness together. The LIFT program is a group-based strength training program meeting 2 times per week for 8 weeks. Tennis shoes are required, activewear is recommended. Equipment is provided, but it is suggested you bring your own water and/or a towel if needed. Registration is required for this event. Please use the Begin Registration button to register.
