Gather with other postpartum parents and newborns to share experiences, explore the ups and downs of healing, and connect in a supportive, welcoming space. Each month includes a mix of peer support sessions and select weeks featuring guest speakers who share insight on a variety of infant and parenting topics. This group is designed for parents and newborns in the “fourth trimester,” or within the first 12 months postpartum. Those beyond 12 months are welcome to attend as space permits.
