We will gently move our bodies, encouraging mobility and flexibility, and find some peace together in a fully-supported, adaptable class. This is a class for all abilities and capabilities - no experience is needed and Shelley provides lots of adaptable variations for all poses. Chairs will be provided. Unearth A Story with Master Storyteller, Jonathan Kruk, as he will appear as an eyewitness and a friend of George Washington! He’ll tell stories of Washington from the fable of the Cherry Tree, his finest moment, and how he saved the nation from a military takeover by putting on his reading glasses! There will also be a few stories about the inventive Ben Franklin and the childhoods of Alexander Hamilton, John Jay, and Thomas Jefferson, including a couple of story skits and live musical accompaniment. 18th Century Garb or Patriotic Attire is Welcome!
