With the use of our bodyweight, this class will focus on our overall health building our strength, improving balance, mobility, and increasing our endurance. We recommend you bring: Light hand weights (3-5 lbs.), 1 or 2 resistance tubes, 1 to 3 mini ankle loop bands, and a water bottle. Registration begins June 22, 2026.

This program explores how the celebrations evolved over time, from the very first celebration in 1776 to the anticipated events for this year.
