A gentle yoga practice featuring some beginner breathwork and meditation to release, recharge, reconnect! Open to all with ability to get up and down from the floor. Limited Yoga Mats available - BYO if you have one! If the temperature exceeds 80 degrees or there is heavy rain/thunder/lightning in the village at the time of class, we will meet at the Fire Hall as alternate location

Calendars will note if creek attire in necessary each week! Program will run in all weather except thunderstorms, heavy downpour, or over 90°
