Lead by Prabha Makayee, a long time practitioner and facilitator of mindfulness events in CT. Together with peers practice dropping the labels & tuning into yourself. Join an in-person discussion with peers and leave your mats, yoga pants, and breathing techniques at the door. There won't be any homework or pop quizzes. The only requirement is that you bring yourself and your awareness in this moment. This is a safe space, we please ask that everyone attending the meeting act respectfully toward themselves and those around them.

Ask A Lawyer

Presented in Partnership with the New Haven County Bar Association. The purpose of “Ask a Lawyer” is to provide members of the community with general legal information. An attorney meets with the participant and provides a free 15 minute consultation. If the individual requires additional assistance, they are referred to the Lawyer Referral Service for a recommendation to an attorney or a social service agency. Signup starts at 5:30 pm and ends at 7:30 pm -- first come, first serve.
