This month guest speaker Brad from the University of Idaho will come in and talk about how bugs are important for plants! Bugs are crucial for plant health, acting as essential pollinators (bees), natural pest control (ladybugs) and soil decomposers (ants). This fun program is part of the Junior Master Gardener curriculum which aims to engage children through garden and ecology-themed children's books and helps inspire learning through garden activities, creative expression and exploration. For ages 6 and up. Younger children are welcome as long as they have their caregiver to assist them with activities. Learn the basics of Dungeons and Dragons while building skills in team work, storytelling, and creative problem solving. Ages 9-12 Offered on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. Both sessions are identical, please only sign up for one. Space is limited. Register required below.

Tatting Workshop Learn the beautiful art of tatting. We will be teaching shuttle and needle tatting. Bring a shuttle or a tatting needle and bedspread cotton thread. Some supplies are available to use in class. Patterns will be available to take home. This class is open to ages 12 and up. Beginners thru advanced welcome. Crochet & knit with us every 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month!

Second Hour: Watch the Show Come to Life Sit back and enjoy a live performance as the story unfolds on stage with music, laughter, and theatrical magic. Third Hour: Meet the Cast Q&A and Learn the Choreography Ever wondered what it's like to be in a show? Stick around after the performance for a special actor panel where cast members will answer questions about rehearsals, performing, costumes, characters, and life in the theater. Then get on your feet and learn choreography straight from the show! Our cast will teach you some of their favorite moves so you can take a piece of the magic home with you. All ages are welcome! Whether you're a lifelong theater fan or brand new to the stage, this is a unique opportunity to experience the performing arts from the audience and the actor's perspective.

After storytime, make a special bedtime craft and have some milk and cookies before tucking your stuffie in for a special sleepover at the library.
