Ages 18 Sign up EACH week. Have you always wanted to try yoga but had concerns about getting up and down from the floor? Join us for Chair Yoga. The class will be seated and focus on stretching, breathing, and gentle muscle-strengthening exercises. Register here once for all classes in 12-week series that meets twice per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays at this time. The SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) strength, balance and fitness program is evidence-based and designed to help older adults improve mobility, reduce fall risk, and maintain independence. Classes include functional exercises focused on balance, strength, flexibility, and walking, while creating a supportive and encouraging environment for participants of all fitness levels. It’s okay to miss a class but register with intent to come to as many as you can. Registration required.
