Get festive with a hands-on Community Craft night for all ages! Create your own decorative firecracker craft using a wood block. First, you'll get to paint using red, white, and blue. Think stars, stripes, sparkles, and patriotic patterns. Add a rope “fuse” and finish it off with a raffia bow for a fun, rustic touch. There’s no formal instruction — just inspiration, supplies, and a creative space to celebrate the spirit of July together. All supplies will be provided. All ages welcome. No registration needed.

The Chess Mates competitive chess club meets on the last Saturday of each month from 1-5 PM. They offer three regulation tournament boards for the first six players to arrive as well as a chess clock for “blitz” and a regular clock. All ages welcome.
